Originally a qualified navigator at sea, I have spent 35 years "messing" with computers and I am still learning every day.

I am a jack of all trades, though master of none.

I run the IT at our small company which is now comletely Linux based. We effectively operate at 4 different locations in 3 countries.

I am currently closely involved with SME Server at www.contribs.org which we use as our main server system.

I am involved in the management of the SME server, and the push towards brand renaming and a new version.
