Well, I guess there is some bug with the include path. Do you have some
extra kernel headers installed?

We currently compile with:

	cd ${E1000EDIR}/src; make BUILD_KERNEL=${KVNAME}

so ${E1000EDIR}/src/Makefile should find the right include path (KSP).

Please check that KSP points to the right dir.
