Using this on node with SATA disk:
cat /etc/pve/qemu-server/120.conf
bootdisk: virtio0
cores: 2
ide0:
qnap_nfs:iso/SW_DVD5_SA_Win_Ent_7_64BIT_English_Full_MLF_X15-70749.ISO,media=cdrom,size=3048062K
ide1: qnap_nfs:iso/virtio-win-0.1-30.iso,media=cdrom,size=44690K
memory: 1024 name: win7
net0: virtio=52:A3:1D:6F:D3:2E
ostype: win7
sockets: 1
virtio0: local:120/vm-120-disk-1.raw,size=20G

Shows same behavior. What happens exactly:
1) Do a fresh install of Windows 7 Enterprise (Tried both 32 and 64 bit)
2) Installation success and VM starts as expected
3) Run windows update
4) Choose installation of critical updates
5) After 1-2 minuts the VM completely freeze and cannot recover

Result: Completely broken VM which cannot startup anymore.

Tested on two different nodes:
