Ok, no problem, I'm a bit busy too for the moment.

I'll think about it a bit more in the coming days.

In a first time,I'll try to do some test on copy vm, between different storage (export/import).

I'll keep you in touch.

Sorry, I am working on new VM backup feature currently, so I had not much time 
to think about it. 

I think a template should be simply a full VM copy. That avoid all kinds of 
reference tracking and is easy to implement. But I am not 100% sure.
