[pve-devel] boot from scsi

If I remember Paolo Bonzini from redhat say me that lsi was buggy, difficult to implement, too complex...
So it's just here for compatibility with older system.

(Also note that lsi controller in no more supported by windows > vista)

Now we have virtio-scsi and megasas controller.
