[pve-devel] add hyperv option to enable hyper-v cpu features ?

I'll work on this after proxmox 2.3 release.

Redhat bugzilla have a bugreport about bsod with hyperv feature on, with kernel < rhel 6.4 kernel.

(I can get it work with 3.7 kernel but not current proxmox kernel, so I'll wait for next openvz kernel based on rhel 6.4)
