[pve-devel] kvm: allow to migrate and restore (snapshot) vms with older qemu ver than current installed

Besides, do you know why  restore 1.4 image to 1.5 is broken? Is there an easy test case to reproduce
the problem? Did they introduce some incompatible changes?
