as far I remember, it's really difficult to jump directly to -v4 or -v6 (because of security group)

BTW, I worked at the firewall patches, and committed them. But I think 
the current ipset code is unstable (updates fails sometimes). I wonder if we really 
need to use such 'list' ipsets? Can't we jump directly to the -v4 and -v6 ipsets? 

Would be great if you have time to further optimize that.
