Hi, This is my first try to add pending changes on config update. I had try to test all cases (online|offline|online with|without hotplug flag) also with failing hotplug. All seem to works fine, but help is welcome for testing. The patch is big, but if it's ok I can split it in multiples smaller patches Alexandre
