[pve-devel] openvswitch not available in proxmox pve-enterprise repo

For me, "need package 'openvswitch-switch'" and "Open VSwitch is not installed" is exactly the same.
Please send a patch if you think your wording improve things. But you cannot use 'html' for error 
messages (href will not work)!
