I'll try to see how openstack implemented it. (It's working with ovs in openstack)

Hi all, 

Attached image shows what I have in mind. 

Idea is that users are able to create a DHCP service on every 
configured device or bridge. 

I still need to sort out how to make it available on ovs-bridge. Any 
ideas?
