Ok, this working fine.
I found that using apt-get upgrade first, upgrade the whole packages better.
(systemd-sysv was installed this time)

here the full upgrade script

convert cluster.conf to /etc/corosync/corosync.conf
generate /etc/corosync/authkey
#cp /etc/corosync/corosync.conf
#touch /proxmox_install_mode
#apt-get update
#apt-get upgrade
#apt-get remove clvm vzctl
#apt-get dist-upgrade
#apt-get install clvm lxc
rm /proxmox_install_mode
#killall -9 corosync
#corosync
#/etc/init.d/pve-cluster restart
#/etc/init.d/pvedaemon restart
#/etc/init.d/pveproxy restart
#/etc/init.d/pvestatd restart

(I'm not sure, but maybe do we need to put a depend on lxc in pve-container ? they are no depend on lxc anywhere, so we need to install it manually when upgrading)
