Since `backup` is a `boolean` type in our JSONSchema it can also be
/0|no|off|false/i.
Depending on whether you have more booleans to check you might just use
/backup=([^,]+)/ and pass $1 to a boolean convert function. Or parse
m/backup=(?i:0|no|off|false)/
