I was a little unsure, as the callback is already registered to corosync 
with quorum_initialize() it could already trigger an call to the 
callback function, as it runs in parallel, or is there something I 
overlooking?
My big picture over the internals from corosync and pmxcfs combined is 
not that complete yet, so I sent it nonetheless, the next maybe time in 
another patch so I do not mix things I'm unsure with other.
