FYI, not surprisingly, '-std' (which equals vga) is the problem, with
cirrus graphic cards everything is working...
Spice, vmware all hang, as one patch fixed a SeaBIOS related bug I
checked the process with OVMF (UEFI) it hangs also, so not firmware
dependent problem.

I'll look upstream if anybody noticed something is aware of the problem...
We do not have really vga related patches in the PVE patch set, but I
guess trying it with vanilla qemu is an option.
