Yes but it doesn't work. I found a notice in a proxmox unrelated forum 
that you should use the hyperV images from netscaler. They work fine but 
the kvm images do not work ;-) 

So just a notice for everybody use the hyperv images with kvm instead of 
the kvm ones.
