Changes PATCHV2:

PATCH1 download only current git brache to minimize download time.
PATCH2 convert the git revert to quilt patch.
PATCH3 also remove syslog.target

Changes PATCHV3:

PATCH2 Generate quilt patch with git
PATCH3 remove commented out line
PATCH4 add --prefix to git archive

Changes PATCHV4:
PATCH1 use templates for postinst and postrm as w.bumiller suggested.
PATCH2 use dh_systemd_enable as w.bumiller suggested.
