[pve-devel] pve-kernel git repositories

the pve-kernel git repositories underwent a big refactoring yesterday:

- https://git.proxmox.com/?p=pve-kernel.git is for PVE 5.0
- https://git.proxmox.com/?p=pve-kernel-jessie.git is the previous
  pve-kernel repository

the new pve-kernel repository uses submodules to reference the spl/zfs
and kernel sources. for these submodules, an additional mirror
repository for the Ubuntu Zesty kernel sources was created:

- https://git.proxmox.com/?p=mirror_ubuntu-zesty-kernel.git

spl/zfs point to our existing https://git.proxmox.com/?p=zfsonlinux.git

the pve-firmware package was moved to a new git repository at
- https://git.proxmox.com/?p=pve-firmware.git

it also uses the new submodule mechanism for the linux-firmare and
dvb-firmware repositories:
- https://git.proxmox.com/?p=mirror_linux-firmware.git
- https://git.proxmox.com/?p=mirror_dvb-firmware.git

there is no need to manually clone/checkout the submodule mirrors, a
recursive clone of the "parent" repository should be enough. if you
don't clone recursively, the first build should checkout the submodules
automatically (if you have network access).

please report any issue with the git repositories or build scripts.
