[pve-devel] applied: [PATCH docs] fix #1738: remove duplicate 'a public'

applied, followed up with a rewording of the remaining paragraph,
replaced the uncomfortable high number of occurrences of the word
'bug' with synonyms and fixed an a/an typo.
