[pve-devel] Change ESC for other keyboard key or combination...

Hi there

This is a minor annoying problem, but when using Console Fullscreen into a
VM, when press ESC make the fullscreen drop back to normal window.
Maybe this could seems a little problem, but when you are useing a Linux
guest and try to use vim, make a mess, 'cause vim use ESC key to drop user
to command mode in VIM!
Is there a way to use other key than ESC or perhaps a combination of that,
like Left Ctrl + ESC??
