[pve-devel] [PATCH libarchive-perl 0/2] Add make dsc target

The package meta data gets pulled from the debian/changelog instead of
being hardcoded.  I also got rid of a few more hardcoded things, like the
ARCH.  The central point though is adding the make dsc target for enabling
autobuilding.
