[PVE-User] Adding VLAN

[Andrew Niemantsverdriet]

How do I add a VLAN interface, I does not appear that I can do it from
the web interface. Should I just do it by hand? Will that cause
issues? Do I have to add the VLAN interfaces across all of my cluster?
I could not find anything in the wiki so I will document VLANs there
once I get it up and going.
