[PVE-User] vmbr0 issues with openvz container

Hi Istvan,

many thanks for finding that bug! Just uploaded a fix - please test.

Seems like 'ip' does not create the device, so we need to use 'ifconfig'

BTW: We use our own 'vznetaddr' script because we are one step ahead ;-)
