[PVE-User] Cluster Backups and Migration

When I migrate a box in a cluster configuration the backup schedule
does not follow it. This is not a huge issue but it is something that
I think should work differently. The backup schedule should be tied to
the container and not the host node. So that if a container get
migrated the time / date to back it up follows it.

Just small enhancement suggestion.
