[PVE-User] Error when trying to remove container

I had a migration that failed for an unknown reason now I have have 2
CTID's that are the same. When I try to 'remove' one using the web
interface I get a popup box that says: Error: unable to lock output
file .

I also had to do this: http://www.proxmox.com/forum/showthread.php?t=882

To stop the migration from running because the web interface kept popping it up.

What do I need to do to fix this?
