[PVE-User] Error when trying to remove container

Manually removing the files seemed to have worked. However I am still
unable to migrate the machine in question. No errors are thrown at
least in the web interface.

The machine in question is a OpenVZ container. And I am attempting to
do a "offline" migration. The migration just sits there and never
actaully completes.

I am updated to the latest Proxmox in fact the reason I am migrating
is so that I can reboot the host.

Any suggestions on tracking down why this is not working?

Thanks,
