[PVE-User] VNC suggestion for v2.0

Hi,

I just had an idea :

I want to grant access an access for a specific VM to a user via VNC. It 
would be great to add a 'IP address' field before the open VNC button, 
that would allow a VNC connection from (and only from) that IP address. 
It would return the vncserver:display or something like that.

A workaround for my problem, or another feature would be the creation of 
user profiles. I mean, a way to configure which user can use which VM.
