[PVE-User] Getting Microsoft VHD working in Proxmox

I renamed the file to vm-104-disk-0.qcow2 and updated config file. Same 
problems, same error in the logfile.

I also tried naming the disk vm-104-disk-1.qcow2  after having a look at 
http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Migration_of_servers_to_Proxmox_VE where 
disk number seems to start at one, (1).


proxmox:/var/lib/vz/images/104# ls
vm-104-disk-1.qcow2

proxmox:/var/lib/vz/images# cat  /etc/qemu-server/104.conf
name: test2k8qcow2
ide2: cdrom,media=cdrom

Should I restart the server?
