[PVE-User] How to change the main IP and Subnet of the Proxmox GUI or main node server after install?

Hi Everyone,

At the install of Proxmox I got asked for the IP address which I have set
and it works nicely. However, if my router DHCP starts supply let's say
192.168.5.0/24 instead of 192.168.2.0/24 then Proxmox doesn't pickup an IP
as I guess it is still stuck to the old 192.168.5.0/24 subnet.

Can someone please DETAIL how to change from one subnet to the other?
