[PVE-User] Submitting patches

Let's say I make some changes to Proxmox VE, which I just did -- nothing 
special, just a small addition to the web interface. Where do I submit them?

Since there isn't a -dev mailing list, is it OK to post patches here? Or 
is there another channel that I didn't hear about yet, such as a bug 
tracker?
