Hi, 
can you install 'atop' into the vm? It shows much more specific data about network and disk io (kernel paches not needed).
Your transfer speed is very slow so i would focus on network problems. Poor caching shouldn't be SO slow.

Yes, after the changes I have shut down and after that restart the
server...

I hope you did virtual machine restart after that changes?

 The virtual server has been installed
