[PVE-User] Persistent static routes inside a container

Just an FYI.../etc/network/interfaces.tail did not work for me...so I 
just added a script to /etc/rc2.d which works fine.


I was hoping for a global way to add routes to a container on 
startup...but this per VM script option is not bad I guess.
