[PVE-User] Can Windows be run in VM mode?

Howdy Bruce,

If by VM you mean CT or Container based virtualization it is not possible.  See here for why:  http://wiki.openvz.org/Introduction_to_virtualization

Do you actively use the RAM?  If not memory overcommit might be an option.  See this post for details:  http://www.linux-kvm.com/content/proxmox-ve-15-adds-kvm-memory-overcommit-ksm
