[PVE-User] How to change proxmox GUI IP from 192.168.2.0/24 to 192.168.3.0/24 ?

Hi everyone,

What files should I tamper (at the terminal right now) to get back GUI
access? I have changed my network from 192.168.2.0/24 to 192.168.2..0/24
