Wich is not true. One short look into the forum shows that we all get an
excellent support from you! And we appreciate that highly!
Maybe we should let these 1.5 Million 'IT-Professionals' where they are
if they are unable to understand such basics as FOSS.
I dont know if the forum could handle them...
But of cause this is my private oppinion.

Regards to the team, Holger

I can't see what is better with that wording. You do not need to
purchase

a subscription, even if you need support (but you won't get support
from us then).

Dietmar,

Spiceworks is used by over 1.5 million IT professionals. These
professionals make the decisions for their respective companies as well
as influence those of other people seeking suggestions around the world.

The guys mis-understanding the one single line on your support page are
the highest respected voices there.

All it would take to silence them is to have someone re-word one
sentence on the support page:

Change:

A Proxmox VE Server Subscription, which is valid for 12 months (12
months from purchase date). All Proxmox VE servers inside your
organization need a valid subscription.

To:

If you require support, you must purchase a Proxmox VE Server
Subscription, which is valid for 12 months (12 months from purchase
date). All Proxmox VE servers inside your organization will then need a
valid subscription.

Is that possible?
