 You need to add them to the same cluster. After you do that you can 
move VMs around all you want.
http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Proxmox_VE_Cluster This article will 
explain how to set up a cluster. After your machines are in a cluster, 
there should be a migrate tab for each VM. You should be able to 
transfer them from there. Good Luck!
