Thanks for pointing this "detail". I just read about this free software 
license. So, if I understand it, it closes a hole in GPL v2, for a 
network application, that, if a company uses it, but does not 
distributes it, it is nevertheless required to make the source code 
available to its users.

This is all fine for me !
