[PVE-User] Proxmox 2 install

Try to debug by typing 'debug' at the boot prompt. You will then get a shell at several stages. Simply continue with CTRL-D until you get the 'no cdrom found'
message. Then try to mount the CDROM manually:

# mount -t iso9660 -o ro /dev/sr0 /mnt

Do you get any useful error message then?
