[PVE-User] Virtual machines don't connect to internet

Interface:
   vmbr0 LAN   IP 172.16.7.2/24
   vmbr1 WAN IP 192.168.1.200 gw 192.168.1.1/24

*Guest:*
*
*
ip 172.16.7.5
eth0 192.168.1.199/24

default gw 192.168.1.200

I assign Mac address in interface.

Yo need more information?
