So, I finally easily get rid of this problem, following the advice in 
the first answer in this post :

I removed the 2.6.35 files that were present under 
/var/lib/initramfs-tools :
hertz:/var/lib/initramfs-tools# ls
2.6.32-11-pve  2.6.32-1-pve  2.6.32-2-pve  2.6.32-4-pve  2.6.32-6-pve  
2.6.32-7-pve  2.6.35-1-pve  2.6.35-2-pve

Then ran :
hertz:~# update-initramfs -u
update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-2.6.32-11-pve

Which only recreated the 2.6.32-11 initramfs image.

Then there was nothing more to upgrade :
hertz:~# aptitude full-upgrade
No packages will be installed, upgraded, or removed.
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 0 B of archives. After unpacking 0 B will be used.

And my PVE version is :
