[PVE-User] Kernel KVM Problem

I have just had an issue where booting between 2.6.32-12-pve and 
2.6.32-13-pve had extremely different results. 

with 2.6.32-13-pve my intel SV5000E server kvm does not load and none of my vm's run. 
with 2.6.32-12-pve everything works perfectly . 

There must be a kvm detection problem with the newer kernel , I know there was a post the other day about no accelerator , perhaps that user should try booting an older kernel
