I tested kernel 2.6.35-2-pve and I have the same problem:

I have no problem with the kernel 2.6.32-14-pve, and I'm not at OVH.

I think it comes from the graphics (Intel iGPU), the console does not 
display, and there is an error on the module drm_kms_helper.
