Just tried to install pve-kernel-2.6.32-14-pve on a clean squeeze 
running on Dell PE-R715 (broadcom NICs using bnx2 driver) and network is 
not working.
I'm using bond0 (eth0 & eth1), vlanx (raw device bond0), vmbrx (vlanx & 
tapx); IP address of host machine assigned to vmbrx.

Rebooting to pve-kernel-2.6.32-13-pve fix the problem ... no time to 
investigate now but will do in w/e.
