[PVE-User] local storage command list

oh, i misunderstood, from the day i have started virtualization on
Proxmox. i thought that qm-server is package developed by KVM/qemu
team.
like.people are used to use KVM (Back end) and libvert CLI or virt
manager as GUI. so i grasp that PVE is just a GUI and all the command
line components  are being done by KVM-qemu developers.
