[PVE-User] Cluster in PVE 2.1

There's other issue that I face here...
I'm follow this http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Proxmox_VE_2.0_Cluster

But, when I type pvecm status, I take that:

Perhaps I make some mistakes...
And pvecm nodes return this:

pvecm nodes

This mean that both nodes are masters???
I'm really confused here... On PVE 1.x is easier than 2.x.... :|
