[PVE-User] PVE 2.x and HB

Good News!...

I'm glad to notice that everything is work now...
I have set IPMI as Fence Device and shut off primary server, and the VM
start on secondary server.... (primary/secondary is just a way to speak...)

My Sunday will be more smoothly...

I wanna thanks THe_ZiPMaN and others for help me....
