[PVE-User] CPU Limit

Hello,

Am I right in thinking that currently the CPU Limit feature doesn't work in Proxmox?

I'm using the most recent Proxmox.

Looking at the manual I found 

cpulimit: integer (0 - N)

Limit of CPU usage in per cent. Note if the computer has 2 CPUs, it has total of 200% CPU time. Value '0' indicates no CPU limit.

NOTE: This option is currently ignored.

Default value is '0'.
