[PVE-User] Failed to migrate VM from host3 to host1

Thanks for your reply. I have 3
machines:

virtual1

virtual2 <<<<<<< CLUSTER

virtual3

I have the VMs
in virtual1 and I want migrate to virtual2 for example. Before the
migrate VMs I received this error:

I don't understand why.....
