[PVE-User] Small console screen - TOO SMALL for Windows

Thanks for the response Guy.
I can drag the window as well but it goes right back to the small size. I
am using Chrome. If it's a bug for Chrome it should take priority to be
fixed. Chrome and Firefox are probably the most used browsers now-a-days.
