[PVE-User] ISO Storage not shown when creating new vm

The ISO you are trying to use, is it actually in the local storage of 
your node? Does your local storage has the "ISO" or "Template" flags set?

Only the node holding the local storage is able to use templates and 
ISOs form it. Other nodes can't normally reach it. If the ISO you are 
trying to use is not on the local storage of other node, it will not be 
unavailable. You can solve this replicating (manually, I guess) the 
contents of your local storages, or using a common shared storage for 
your templates (preferred way).
